Here in Winnipeg, we were spoiled with a beautiful November. But in the past couple of weeks, winter has landed in most of Canada in a very cold way! Now that the temperatures are dropping, we can really start getting excited for what is going to be a huge event for all of Canada: the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
On the streets, people are sporting their red olympic mittens, and there is a buzz about the improvements being made around Vancouver in anticipation of the Games. And Elemental has been lucky enough to be busy with a number of Olympic-focused broadcast projects. We wrapped up a broadcast graphics package for Director Jeff Newman and CTV, and currently we’re working with producer Doug Howe to develop the motion graphics for some Olympic features that will be broadcast on APTN.
