Television spot brands realtors as trusted professionals who put clients’ needs first.
For the past few years, 15-second television commercials have been extremely popular with local television advertisers, due in part to more airtime availability and less cost than the traditional 30-second spot.
They do, however, present a number of challenges to content creators. Fifteen seconds is not a lot of time to make a connection and create emotion, things we always aim to do with our creative.
When Winnipeg Realtors asked us to brand realtors as trusted professionals who put clients’ needs first, we saw an opportunity to use the short commercial format to help tell the story visually.
Through striking cinematography and fast-paced editing and sound design, we aimed to get across the stress of a typical morning routine. The slower, relaxed ending of the spot reveals that by working with a realtor, you can feel confident that at least one aspect of your busy life is under control.
